Mango cancelling flights and forcing vouchers on us !!!!

I went to the Mango help service desk at OR Tambo after receiving a message about a flight that had been rescheduled, this was on Thursday the 3rd December 2020. I explained that I needed to be in Port Elizabeth before the new scheduled Time. I had to buy another ticket from another airline ( FA369 which departed OR Tambo on the 4th December 2020)

It was agreed that I would get a refund so please do as promised.I have been following up and the last correspondence I got from Andile (Refunds Officer) wasan automated reply saying he is on leave till the 15th of Feb 2021 from the 15th Jan 2021. That same automated email was still the order of the day when I followed up again after the 15th of Feb 2021. I want my money back as promised
