Mango Cancellation of Flight and Refund

My mother's flight was cancelled on short notice. I phoned the airline to reschedule flight, and was rudely told no flights available for the rest of November and that I should contact the refunds department. I sent two e-mails on the same day, which has not been answered yet. As I am writing this review, I have been holding on their refunds line for 17 minutes and 17 seconds and the phone has not been answered. Now 18 minutes. I wonder if she (a senior citizen of 77 years) will EVER be refunded form this miserable airline. Still holding on for my call to be answered now at 20 minutes!
