Mango Call Centre - BAD EXPERIENCE

Unlike the friendly service onboard Mango the same can definitely not be said about their call centre agents. My experience was horrific to say the least as I dealt with a very rude agent. When I questioned her about her attitude and bad manner towards the public she repeated herself in a very sarcastic manner. She refused to give me her name and put the phone down in my ear. I sincerely hope the management of Mango will go back to the recording of my call to review the bad experience encountered. My call ended at 17h52 on 29/07/2019.
