MANGO CALL CENTRE AGENTS DO NOT ATTEND TO CALLS

one can seriously not wait over 30 minutes just for an agent to answer the phone. agents cannot be so busy that i have to wait for more than 30 minutes for a call centre agent to answer the phone. i am usually a patient person, however, this is unacceptable.
