Mango bad service

Terrible airline. The flight was delayed by SIX hours on Sunday evening and ended up landing at 04h00 in the morning. No explanation was made to the passengers as to why the flight was delayed. No compassion was given to my pensioner mother that now has to arrange transportation from the airport in the middle of the night in the most dangerous part of the country. No compensation was given to passengers for their inconvenience. The staff also has no compassion for passengers that are tired from waiting and apon boarding (finally!!) make jokes with each other in a black language and completely ignore the passengers. I will never use Mango Airlines again and will recommend others to do the same.
