Mango ARE NOT THE MOST ON TIME AIRLINE!

Hi.<br> <br> I just feel the huge need to lay a complaint with Mango, because they inconvenienced me twice in 4 days!<br> <br> The initial inconvenience was my flight on Thurs 26/03/15 JHB to PE (JE543/26), was delayed by 2 hrs with NO communication to the passengers. They subsequently sent an apology message the next day.<br> <br> The return flight on Mon 30/03/15, was delayed by 3.5 hours!!! The flight was scheduled for 8:45, and passengers only received communication at 8:47 that the flight was delayed!<br> <br> I find this very POOR on Mango's part, that they CANNOT inform their passengers of these delays. All we ask for is good communication so that clients can make the necessary arrangements if flights are delayed.
