Mango always delayed

I have been a staunch supporter of mango for years, however ALL flights I have booked with this airline in the current year has been delayed by at least an hour, including my flight this evening(JE 174) from Cape Town to OR Tambo which was suppose to depart at 19:30 but is now delayed until 21:11, which by the way they are sending sms’s at the moment might still change. I would not advise anyone to book with mango unless you want to have your trip greatly disrupted ALL at your own personal cost! With the only consolation or compensation I have ever received from Mango being a R250 voucher when another of my flights this year was delayed by more than 3 hours.
