Mango - All our agents are busy???

Does anybody know if Mango is going bankrupt? They don't answer their phones - like I didn't give up easily - held on for 32 minutes! to try and reserve my seat because their stupid internet software isn't working --- again!! My telephone calls are now costing more than my seat reservation. Can't wait for ANY other airline to start flying my route again.
