Mango Airlines - Worst ever! Waiting for refund vouchers since May 2020

Since the 7 May 2020 I have tried to get a refund from Mango - due to Covid 19 - to date I can never get through on the line numbers and my so called vouchers were sent to a person that i don't even know. I do not want vouchers I would like a full refund. Since i no longer want to use your airline due to lack of customer service on the ground would hate to know what your service would be like in the air. Please can someone call me back.
