Mango airlines uncontactable after corona virus speech by the President.

My son and fellow band members are booked on a flight to travel from Cape Town to Durban to perform at a festival on Saturday 21 March, but due to Corona virus, the festival has been cancelled. I have being trying since Sunday to get hold of anybody at Mango Airlines to try and get a refund or a credit, but their helplines and e-mails seem to be ignoring the issue. Their guest services e-mail returns with the message that the mailbox is full. Their refunds helpline places the call on hold indefinitely. It seems Mango airlines is oblivious to the economic effect of the corona virus and are going to keep money for booked flights prior to the presidents speech.
