Mango airlines trash service

Hi

I missed my flight on Saturday morning the 02 June from lanseria to Cape Town . Was meant to be on the 7 am flight but got there by 6:30 am and was told I can’t check in because they’re closed and little help was offered as to what alternatives can I make , maybe change my flight etc but the service desk lady was really not helpful . As much as I understand I should have been there an hour before but there was this ample time to correct the situation and besides the aircraft only left 7:15 because it needed to defrost and I saw this because I booked a different airline that also left later around 7:30 and my flight was still on the ground due to such conditions , the flight was still there next to my newly booked flight . I’m really disappointed by how my situation was handled and having to lose my money like that .
