Mango Airlines Theft

I was on a flight from Cape Town to Durban on 17 January 2019 when my checked in baggage was broken into and two external hard drives were ******. I contacted Mango via telephone and via email as was requested and 3 weeks later I have had no reply at all. Since then I have discovered that numerous parties have had their baggage broken into. This is clearly a problem that Mango Airlines needs to rectify.
