Mango Airlines - ****** goods and no response

I had a very bad experience with Mango Airlines this past weekend. On my way to Cape Town they broke into my locked bag and stole some of my experience clothes. I've informed them via email and they told me they will get back to me in 48hours. I still didn't hear a word from them. This is ridiculous. As passengers what should we do if we don't have surety that our belongings is safe. I will definitely take a further!!
