Mango Airlines special

Mango airlines always promote specials on flight but NEVER the dates we would like to fly...I finally got a R499 flight special from CT to Lanseria, they DEDUCTED the money from my account but i never received e.mail confirmation? I tried phoning the call centre 4 times but no answer after 15min of holding, I then communicate with them on facebook they said i should get confirmation within 24hours but instead of receiving confirmation i received a REFUND and no booking!! And of course special was over!!were tickets would of cost R2000 for 2 people it now cost R4500!!
