MANGO AIRLINES ROBS YOU BLIND EYED WITH THIS NON REFUNDABLE NONSENSE! PEOPLE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING WITH MANGO

after much thought, ive decided to write a review with regards to MANGO AIRLINES and their unfair business rules PEOPLE SHOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING WITH MANGO AS THEY ARE A "NON-REFUNDABLE AIRLINE" I booked a flight for the 8/10/2018 from JHB TO DURBAN and another on the same day return that costed me in excess of R3000, on the very same day i came to realize that the interview i had been going to was cancelled, i contacted the airline and they refused to refund, i had a valid reason and they obviously cannot expect me to fly to Durban and back for fun or for the sake of it, they give you an option to change the date only? how am i suppose to pick a random date to fly at that particular time?? which is ridiculous, i requested a voucher, that of which was denied as you need a medical certificate? is this really how airlines should carry out business practice ? i basically lost my money without them even been of assistance ? R3000 DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE OF THIS NON REFUNDABLE AIRLINE NONSENSE. I NEVER FLEW THAT DAY NOR DID I CHANGE THE DATE BECAUSE HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO RANDOMLY THUMB SUCK A DATE THAT I WISH TO FLY, THE VERY SAME DAY I BOOKED UPON FINDING OUT I CALLED BUT NO ONE COULD HELP REFUND? SO BASICALLY I PAID FOR A FLIGHT THAT I NEVER TOO**** PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE AND CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING THROUGH MANGO, DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE FACT THAT THEY SUCK PEOPLES MONEY FOR FREE. WE WORK HARD AND TO BE ****** IN BROAD DAYLIGHT BY THE AIRLINE IS PATHETIC. I CALLED TWO PEOPLE THAT OF WHICH I REMEMBER ONE NAME PERTUNIA. AND TO THINK OF HOW THE AIRLINE ROBS YOU BLIND. NON REFUNDABLE AIRLINE AND CANNOT EVEN ASSIST WITH A VOUCHER FOR THE AMOUNT WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE. MANGO IS REALLY SOMETHING ELSE
