MANGO AIRLINES REFUND PROCESS

I’m currently not happy with how Mango airlines is dealing with their REFUND process. I’ve been trying to get my refund issue sorted since the airline seems to be temporarily not working, but nothing is being done about refunds, the customer care line is not working, the emails are not being responded to, I don’t know what to do anymore.
