Mango airlines refund

I made a booking through eDreams and when the travelers I was booking for went to checkin, They were told that the booking was cancelled because mango did not receive the money. I had to book another flight for them as they were supposed to leave asap.

This query was logged sometime in August and i have been told several times to send it via email but they dont respond to emails. This is really frustrating as I need them to refund me.
