Mango Airlines Refund

I have been trying to get my refund from mango for the last 3 months already. I have been sent around from one person to the next without much help. This is unacceptable because I submitted all the documentation needed and called numerous times but the matters has not been resolved and I think some consultants do not know what they are doing. You cannot refuse to refund someone their money because they used a different method of payment which no longer exists. Its highly ********* to do so. I am extremely dissatisfied with the mango refund division.
