Mango Airlines poor service

Cannot get hold of Mango Airlines, they don't respond to e-mails or social media, their call centre numbers don't seem to be manned, holding on for 50min plus. Paid for flights are cancelled by Mango, must we reschedule at our expense ? I sincerely hope tax payers money is not wasted on this pathetic company.
