Mango Airlines POOR COMPANY LONG DELAYS

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AIRLINE. BOTH flights on my return trip to Joburg delayed. The first one on Friday delayed by an hour and the one tonight delayed by TWO hours which alters every arrangement I had made going forward. I am disgusted and will never fly with mango again. The call center agent would not say why the flight is delayed and neither did she apologize for it until I asked the question WHY and then expressed my dissatisfaction. What is my consolation for a 3 hour total delay?
