Mango Airlines Penalise Passengers unable to board their FLIGHT because of THEM causing delays!

#MangoAirlines !!! you are damaging your reputation! My daughter, whom I haven't seen for almost a year now was scheduled to fly to JHB this morning!. Firstly she could not check in online last night, because your site was not working! THEN you had only 2 people to carry out Covid screening for a LOOONG line of people, may of them also could not check in online. And YOU caused to not be able to check in at the counter because YOU delayed them! THEN YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE R450 FORCING PEOPLE TO TAKE A LATER FLIGHT IN THE AFTERNOON, when it was YOUR fault not your passengers'. Here's the kicker, LOL!!!! ; at the counter check in you told my daughter to be patient as your system was not working for the flight change!!! she and others ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT YOUR BOOKING CHECK-IN SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING! This is an utter disgrace and it is ****************. your should refund all of the passengers the extra money that you have charged for the forced flight change!!
