Mango airlines Pathetic Service

Being a loyal customer of Mango airlines for years I booked a flight in March 2020 from Lanseria to Capetown international. Due to Covid 19 the flight was cancelled and in July 2020 I received and email with a voucher. I was however informed that Mango airlines does not operate from Lanseria an longer and that I need to book a flight from OR Tambo . I spoke to a call centre agent Mariam Mogano today who informed me that they will not refund my money and that I need to book a flight from OR Tambo. I told her that I dont want a flight from OR Tambo and that I would rather prefer a refund as they dont operate from my preffered airport. She then rep**** that it was not Mango airlines fault that they had to cancel the flight and that they dont operate from Lanseria any longer and said the refund option is not going to happen .
