Mango Airlines pathetic

I Traveled from Durban to Gauteng on Monday the 7th October (JE258) .The flight was delayed and to add to my frustration no communication as to why the flight was delayed. I then get on the plane and then more delays with the plane itself,I had a business meeting that cost my company to lose more than a MILLION Rand. How the Hell is MANGO going to compensate me for they Pathetic Service . BOOKING REF - (SMZBRD)
