Mango Airlines owes me R4 900 in refund/vouchers but have not responded to a single mail.

Mango Airlines owes me a bit over R4 900 This follows the cancellation of a MAY flight to Zanzibar. It is nor August. have received one lone email titled URGENT CANCELLED FLIGHT 2 days prior and then a handful of auto replies advising they await directive. It is not complicated They owe me money. A lot of it. The single sms received provides no information other that an email address *** which has not rep**** to a single mail I have sent to date. There is no directive on what to do or how to proceed with the illusive vouchers rumoured to be due to me. This has left me unbale to plan any flights as R4900 is a significate amount and the vouchers thereof would cover multiple domestic trips. Furthermore full refund would have allowed me to fly with another carrier, with Mango now grounded and in business rescue and likely will not fly for the foreseeable future.
