Mango Airlines - no feedback to customers!!!

Please could somebody just answer the PHONE at Mango????? What to do with our bookings in July? I have sent emails, phoning for hour without any success!!! pathetic, *****ing our money and don't even give us an explanation !!! I don't want a voucher , I want my money back!! you don't even stop taking bookings....... ******* !!!!
