MANGO AIRLINES LIE AND DO NOT HONOUR THERE COMMITMENTS

I was book for a early morning filght on Mango airline. They changed my time and informed, I contacted them to explain I had to take the specific flight as I had a booking for a CT Scan and to consut with my oncologist and that I urgently need the refund to be able to purchase a ticket on another airline that do offer an early morning flight. They indicated they would refund me but only in 20 working days. It has now been 30 working days, I cannot book another flight as I do not have the funds and I urgently need to see my oncologist. This is a nightmare. I have phoned them weekly and all I get is that I should have been refunded and that the financial department will do it shortly. 8 calls later and notheing is happening. R3700 is not money I have to play with I saved this to get to my oncologist. They are putting my health and wellbeing at risk.
