Mango airlines is utter nonsense

So I bought tickets for September 2020. Of course, COVID-19 happened. I requested a refund and was told that they’re instead giving vouchers valid for 24 months. So 2021, i want to use my voucher and your services are suspended???? And you do not give refunds???? How are you as a business taking people’s money and then feeding them the nonsense that you don’t do refunds??? What sort of bull is that?? You are unable to provide me a service I PAID for. I want my money back so that i can use other TRUSTED and lucrative businesses. This is just *****ing. You are *****ing people’s monies!!!! ??????
