Mango Airlines have no respect for their customers
I was appalled at the service we had received today on our flight JE 252 16 December Departure time 08:45am
I travelled with an infant and have been doing so the past year. I’ve always traveled with my 2 piece pram and I have had absolutely no damage but on this flight they have not only damaged it but broke it. I am disgusted as I purchased the pram for R21000. The staff had no decency or respect for my personal property and treated it as if it was just any other bag. We were asked to dismantle the pram into the 2 pieces as usual but when it was brought to us it was brought in 3 pieces. It was the first time the pram was not waiting for us and we had waited a good 10 minutes for it. I don’t know what the problem was but this looks like the pram was stuffed in some corner and didn’t fit. I honestly don’t know what to say but I can tell you I’ve worked pretty damn hard to afford this pram for my child.
I was promised a 48 hour call back and no one called me back I contacted them again and they said it’s in the terms and conditions that they don’t cover prams. I asked for it to be sent to me and they sent me a link that won’t open. To date no one has called me and I am being treated like just another woman with a child harping on for no reason. I have asked for someone to call me and explain themselves but Mango airlines will not take the responsibility. Neither do they value customer care because if they did I would have got a call from someone instead of forwarded emails from the guest care team.
My last email to them has been ignored and I have not heard from them ever since.
I am so dissapointed and more so for myself with even thinking of flying with them.
