Mango Airlines flight delay management

<p>Flying with Mango Airlines to JHB flight no. JE144 and flight was delayed due to "technical issues". The worse thing about the incident was that no announcement was communicated to inform passengers...the flight monitor displays were only updated after passengers complained. Boarding gates were changed and passengers had to look for the Mango people to find out which gate will be used and whether or not flight was cancelled or delayed. I think that is just pathetic. Whilst talking to other passenger, a lot of them were frequent Mango flyers and they did not have nice words about the airline. Apparently, these delays are becoming frequent.</p>
