Mango Airlines

My suitcase was damaged on Mango flight JE165 travelling from JHB to Cape Town on 30/6/2020. I reported this to *** on 1/7/2020 and *** and followed this up with numerous emails with simply no response at all. Almost 3 months later and still waiting......pathetic to say the least!
