Mango Airlines do nit value their customers

Hi Mango Airlines has got the worst staff possible rude and absolutely unhelpful.Ground crew directed me to C11 from C9 when the actual gate was E11 and i missed my flight and I had to pay for another ticket .In their email to me they say that they do not accept responsibility for their own staff.
