Mango airlines - delayed and dead quiet....

Sitting on mango flight JE 259. We haven’t taken off and we should have boarded more than an hour ago. My Family flew this morning on mango as well and were delayed too... Why can’t mango communicate with us? You have my cell number and email address which you are very comfortable using to send promo material. Just have the common decency and courtesy to keep me informed of the new departure time, so you don’t waste an hour of my life I will never get back.
