Mango Airlines breaks bags!

My husband and I flew with our baby on the airline , we took her car seat with onboard. The airline was kind enough to mark it as a fragile package and place it in a different section....

When we handed in our seat it was thrown onto the conveyor and off it went.

When we arrived at our destination we collected our luggage and could clearly see the seat was thrown off due to the position it was laying in. During our stay away we noticed a scratch on our suit case and we ignored it only to find when we got back home it was even bigger and had a hole in it.

Had our luggage being treated better this would not have happened. I have video footage of my child's car seat thrown around with all the luggage. This clearly shows how our bags are treated and so called "fragile" listed items....

Mango has no respect for passengers luggage. It is unacceptable and disgusting!!

Why should we fly on an airline with such a nonchalant attitude!
