Mango airlines bagage theft- be careful!

I flew with Mango airlines on Monday 12 October. When I got home and wanted you lock my suitcase, the lock was gone and someone had gone through my suitcase. Luckily there was nothing valuable in the case, but the security locks are expensive. I contacted Mango via messenger and they referred me to an e-mail address for the bagage manager. No one rep**** to my mail and I then contacted Mango again via Messenger. They said they will get back to me but it is now a week later and I still do not have a reply. This is the second time they have broken into my bagage when I flew Mango airlines. Not great. All I want is my lock back!
