Hi Absolutely disgusted with your airline. My elderly parents travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town this morning on flight JE 131 & after landing in Cape Town, (flight was delayed as well!); after landing, my mom discovered the lock on her bag was broken & clothing has been ******! Clothing! This is absolute pathetic service from the rogues you employ!!!! See that my mum is reimbursed & see to it that cunning ******* are apprehended! Must passengers wrap their luggage in armour before boarding a flight with you Mango Airlines? This was an emergency trip to Cape Town. You ******* are wasting their time having to sort this issue now & adding more stress to elderly citizens. Wasted space you are, Mango Airlines. I demand for an investigation immediately!
