Mango Airlines are ****** with the standby tickets.

I feel that mango airlines is reaping us off.They over book a flight so that they can target the passengers that will be late for 30 seconds and tell them to be on standby tickets and being on standby means you lose your money and you are re-booking a new ticket.The reason why I am saying this, it happened to me on the 26 December 2018 and I was angry because they closed few seconds and the manger could not even explain and the flight delayed imagine but they could not open for us.I was there 30 seconds after 18:00 which they closed at and the flight was for 18:40 .Mango you will never EVER get my money again including my family and freinds because this standby issue is for you to make money that’s all. How can you close when the passengers that are suppose to be on the flight are not there ? It’s clear that you give the seats to the new standby passengers because the seat that I booked auppose to be there until the flight arrives in O.R Tambo??.I will stick to British Airways they are the best.And the is nothing wonderfull about your flights.
