Mango Airlines are busy going down

I was suppose to fly to PE from Jhb After 3 hours they have not departed because they haven’t got a plane because the one that should have flown had a mechanical problem and they waited for parts , I missed my appointment, I cancelled my flight and I hope I get reimbursed. This is new business and new clients and I feel like an idiot .i will not book with Mango again , I then heard from other people they were stranded on the airport from the previous day and had to sleep on the airport, because Mango had the same problem
