MANGO AIRLINES

I booked a flight on 25 August 2020 to fly from OR Tambo to George on 15 December 2020 and obviously already paid for it. On Tuesday, 7 December 2020, I received an sms from Mango that due to limited flights operating my flight has been cancelled. They gave a number to call urgently, BUT after numerous calls to that number NO response!!! My calls were twice answered, but the moment I start with my request / complaint the phone was dropped. I even sent a message on Instragram BUT NO answer.

My question is now, will I get my money back, I doubt it. I assume I am not going to fly anywhere, BUT AT LEAST WANT A RESPONSE FROM THE AIRLINE.

TRUST ME I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK ON MANGO AND TROUGH TRAVELSTART AGAIN. I EVEN TRIED TO PHONE TRAVELSTART, I BOOKED THE TICKET THROUGH THEM, SENT 4 OR 5 EMAILS - NO RESPONSE!!! USELESS!!!
