Mango Airlines

Hello Peter, am having a very bad experience with Mango Airlines, I requested to change my booking as I cannot travel tomorrow due to Covid symptoms, they are charging me an amount equals to the booking fee even if I explain my problem I cannot get my covid results soon, can they pls try and be sympathetic with us as clients.
