Mango Airlines

My experience with Mango was horrible. The ground staff for Mango Bag drop Cape Town was so horrifically rude and charged me a penalty for being 2kgs overweight, when I explained to her I had been travelling internationally, she kept my drivers license and told me to go pay "down there" The airline itself is expensive, the inflight cabin crew were full of attitude and the ground service and baggage claim JHB were so slow. My suitcase came out looking worse than it ever did. The flight was delayed and no announcement was made for delay until we were boarding at our original time. The flight was comfy non the less but I personally, won't recommend Mango Airlines to any other traveller.
