Mango airline.. worst experience ever.

I flew mango airlines on thursday 9 February 2017. Durban to JHB. I took along my babies pram and car seat that attaches to the pram. When we boarded the plane the pram was taken away which is fine coz i was advised that i would get it back when we land in jhb. When we arrive in JHB we got the pram and car seat back but the neck support for my babies neck was missing. I logged it at the baggage claims but never got a call back from them. I kept calling but the response i would get was thats its status is still lost. Not found.

On our flight back i was told that my baby was allowed 10kgs my wife and i was allowed 20kg each. The lady at the counter tells my that my bag is over weight as it is 22kg. I told her that 3 of us are travelling and that we only packed 2 bags. She insisted that i needed to pay for the 2 extra kgs. Another agent sitting next to her heard my explanation and told her how to capture it and that i was right. Both bags totaled 38kgs. 12 kgs under the limit. She spoke to me and shook her head with such an attitude like i was stupid.

Then we board the flight. There was a plastic part of the pram that i took off and carried in my hand to take into the plane. The air hostess asked me y dont i send it with the pram and i explained to her that the neck was missing but before i even finished the first sentence she just rolled her eyes and said OK OK And looked away from me.

I am i businessman. My company flies with mango often. I am a paying client. I dont believe that i should be treated in that manner. Its like every mango staff has an attitude problem. Im so disgusted with the service from mango and will never use them again.

My ref number for the lost item is 14589. Flight JE248
