Mango Airline Sucks

<p>We are very dissappointed in the service from Mango Airlines-Lanseria. We arrived 30 min before departure and were turned away as check in closes at 40 min before departure. we were late due to the taxi strike which closed of major highways and caused a major delay in our trip to the airport we left 3 hours prior to our flight from home and did not anticipate such a huge delay. When we got to the airport we were turned away with no empathy for our situation we cannot mak it for our grandads funeral in Cape Town our last good bye and that sucks this was explained to your employees but they still declined to assist even though we still had ample time to board our flight. Mango Airlines sucks big will not refer them to anyone. We were instead offered a flight for the next day paying R2472.00 more on top of the R3145.00 already paid for our tickets. we had time to board but they refused no empathy for people what so ever and we really didnt have control over the situation of the strike</p>
