Mango Airline poor service

If service matters to you, think twice before you use MANGO AIRLINES - **** AIRLINE. They cant even pay for my damaged bag -bear minimum...and yet I had insurance. They have the nerve to tell me my claim was not approved and they don't offer explanation at all. It is PITS... I stopped using them in 2014 because of a similar occurrence and on the 01st of Feb 2020. I will go to twitter.....
