Mango Airline call centre is pathetic

Mango Airline call centre is pathetic. I've phoned 5 times today waiting for someone to assist me and after 9min of holding, they cut the phone call. I need to travel with them soon as I have already booked a ticket. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
