mango airline bag opened and 2 perfumes ******

I flew from Cape town to OR Tambo on the 24 of march 2015 with mango airlines JE152. When I got to OR tambo my bag had been opened and 2 perfumes worth R2000 had been ******. It is not enough for Mango to say they will only pay for negligence and pay per kilogram. They must find and fire their staff members responsible for *****ing customer personal belongings. I will not be flying mango again. Asking me for slips for items lost is also an insult as one buys stuff not anticipating theft by airline personel.
