MANGO AIRLINE ARE *********

I had booked flights for the 5th and 6th June 2020 of which the airline cancelled. According to their refund policy if they cancel the flight you are entitled to a refund and not they refuse to refund me a total amount of R3 594. I have sent in emails of which they take their own sweet time to respond to. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY, YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM A *****, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO IT, GIVE IT BACK.
