Mango airline

When we arrived at OR Tambo at 17:15, the checkin agent for mango indicated that the gate is closed which is unacceptable due to the fact that our flight only departs at 17:50 ,we were forced to reschedule for the first flight of the day that costed us R1800. The check in agent was so rude and arrogant. It costed us more than our original tickets. We had to pay for transport. We are frequent flyers with mango. We Hope to get some feedback as soon as possible and our complaint doesnt go in vain
