Mango Air poor logistics

Two delayed flights over one weekend. Flight JE162 from CPT-JHB on 18/10/2019, apparently for staff not pitching, and again with flight JE147 from JHB-CPT, this time for a late flight. Whats going on with your logistics Mango Air???
