Manager with a Horrible Attitude!!!!

<p>On Saturday I had the worst experience of my life at the Cape Town International Airport with a Manager from Mango. I bought 2x 10kg vouchers for extra luggage to take on the plane with me on the way to Johannesburg and they could pick up one of the vouchers on the system . I then asked to speak to the manager on duty because I travelled 6 hours to get to the airport and was tired and just wanted to get on the plane. She came to me with a horrible attitude, she had sloppy body language (was hanging on the counter whilst I was talking to her), she was aggressive, she pointed her finger at me(5cm from my face), she screamed at me and did not even want to consider helping me out. I had to pay another R450 right there on the spot to get all my bags on the plane. I feel that after being a client of Mango for nearly 10 years that I would get better treatment than this. I would like a refund on the R450 I had to pay and see proof that this manager has been disciplined. I have never had anyone treat me in this manner in my whole life. I am not going to name her here because unlike her I actually have manner and respect for others.</p>
