MAD AT MANGO

I was on FLIGHT JE 702 on 24.10.2019 from Cape Town to Lanseria. I booked in 1 bag of luggage at CT International. The luggage tag was placed around the handle of the suitcase. I landed at Lanseria 2 hours later and upon collection my luggage discovered that the same handle that had the tag tied around it was broken completely. I immediately reported the matter to the luggage desk at Lanseria where was helped by a very unfriendly, unhelpful male that didn’t even have the decency to great me. He made me completed a form and brushed me off like it was nothing. The to make matters worse on my return the Sunday night flight ref SVMXRF I was even more disappointed. I was seated at 26 F and when I put my seatbelt on I discovered that my dress was full of gum. I inspected the seatbelt and Discovered that the seatbelt was full of bubblegum on both sided of the belt. This resulted in my dress being covered in gum. I immediately called the flight attended and asked her for ice to try and get the gum off. Sadly to say I am still waiting on the ice. She assured me she would bring the ice but nothing arrived. She said they don’t have wet wipes on board and left. I heard the flight attendants laugh and chat the whole flight to Cape Town and was totally upset. I am still waiting on feedback with regards to my broken . This has been an experience from hell
